Branded Welcome
Customize the welcome screen with your logo, colors, and messaging. Every location can have its own branded experience.
Phone Check-In
The kiosk shows a one-time QR code. Visitors scan it and finish the same steps on their own phone. Each code lives 10 minutes and works once.
Private Check-Out
Visitors find themselves by name to check out. The screen shows first name, last initial, company and host, never e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
Agreement Step
Show the location’s agreement and have visitors sign by typing their full name; the visit records when they signed. Turning it on requires setup.
Recognized by E-mail
Returning visitors type their e-mail and find their name and company already filled in.
