Self Check-In
Visitors check themselves in at the lobby kiosk in a tablet browser, or scan a one-time code and finish on their own phone. No app download required.
Badge Numbers
Every check-in gets its own badge number, included in the e-mail that tells the host their visitor has arrived.
Host Notifications
Hosts get an e-mail and an in-app notification the moment their visitor checks in. Optionally, post an arrival card to a Microsoft Teams channel per location.
Visit Length
Check-out stamps the departure time and the length of the visit, and e-mails the host.
NDA Acknowledgement
Record an NDA acknowledgement in the desk check-in. The kiosk also has an agreement step where visitors sign by typing their full name; turning it on requires setup, as there is no dashboard switch for it yet.
Visit History
Filter visit history by status, location and date range, search the page you are viewing, and export it to CSV.
